The PwR Gaming Club's inhouse ticket tracking all games under the Flex ruleset, where the teams were created via balanced shuffle. Flex rules means try your hardest (flex on your friends) - and if you do poorly people might just think you're bad at dota! Balanced Shuffle is Valve's team balance algorithm, which depends on their account being accurately calibrated.
